Refund policy

• Record an unedited video of opening the parcel from start to finish.
• Ensure the Akshaya Rayaa seal breaking is clearly visible.
• Share the video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Minor defects like small bends or loose stones etc (fixable) are not considered damage.
• Once return is accepted, pick-up will be arranged in 2 to 3 business working days, and replacement shipped.
• If out of stock, refund will be issued in 3 to 7 working days
